Driver Management – User Guide
➕ Add a New Driver
Log in to the ERP Admin Panel.
Navigate to Driver Management > Manage Drivers from the left sidebar.
Click the “+” button in the top-right corner to open the Create New Driver form.
Fill in the driver’s details:
Full Name
Phone Number
Assigned Group (e.g., HGV, Fork Lift)
License Number and Expiry Date
Address (if applicable)
Upload Required Documents (e.g., driving license, ID)
Click Save or Submit to register the driver.
✏️ Edit an Existing Driver
Go to Driver Management > Manage Drivers.
Locate the driver you want to update.
Click the yellow pencil icon in the Action column.
Update the relevant fields (e.g., contact details, license info, group).
Click Save to apply your changes.
💡 Tip:
Use the Search Bar to quickly find a driver by name, email, or license number.
